ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Project Manager to join our team to provide unparalleled support to our customer. The ECM Project Manager will provide programmatic support to a new contract.

The ECM Project Manager will be assigned complex projects within the ECM program or directly impacting the program to manage from start to finish. The Project Manager will develop a project plan, assemble the proper personnel, develop a project timeline, identify required resources and execute the plan to completion. The Project Manager will apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. The Project Manager will demonstrate knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues. The successful candidate will typically possess 5 - 8 years of successful experience in the ECM or a related field and successful demonstrate Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented below. This position will be responsible for working with subject matter experts in the ECM Program to respond to requests from the ECM Program Manager, to work on requirements from foreign service posts and other entities within the Department of State.
Five years technical and related experience in the field of coordination and technical support for modern ECM systems. Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory and principle, and the effects of CREW systems operating in an electronic countermeasures environment. Experience planning vehicle movements, with vehicles equipped with CREW systems. Understanding insurgent Improvised Explosive (IED) emplacement tactics. Must be able to develop Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP s) for deploying vehicles equipped with CREW systems based on the national, local, and immerging Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threat. Must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of ECM systems used by the DoS, including CREW-2 systems.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance.
Must have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
