ManTech Data Quality Assurance Engineer/Analyst in Chantilly, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Data Quality Assurance Engineer/Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. Will encompass participation in the design and engineering of the storage and analysis of multiple small to large data sources.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Under minimal direction, the candidate works from specifications to configure, track, document, and analyze complex data sources to help the customer obtain better insight into how these data sources may be used.

•Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.

•Develops logic, tests and debugs policy logic. Modifies, tests, and debugs COTS and GOTS application performance in concert with vendor support, from a database perspective.

•Coordinates between the ingestion, database, and web application teams to ensure there is a common understanding of each data source.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

•Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and 10+ years of related experience; or Master s degree and 9+ of related experience.

•Should have broad experience in data analysis, data engineering, and how that applies to database systems.

•Experience with both UNIX and Windows based environments across an enterprise consisting of multiple sites.

•Demonstrate experience designing and managing small to medium size databases, preferred.

•Experience analyzing data structures and how to apply those data structures against defined problem sets.

•Experience with OS and application level integration.

•Experience with troubleshooting of data integrity issues, data correlation issues, and data management.

•Specific customer field experience an absolute plus with an understanding of the field organization and platforms.

•Experience developing complex SQL queries to pull, search, and analyze large datasets.
