We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Systems Administrator in support of a secure Windows-based Information System.

The Sr. Systems Administrator will assist and support the installation, operation, and maintenance of all current and future Information Systems. Duties and responsibilities involve the support and administration of Windows servers and Windows workstations in an Amazon cloud environment. Additional duties include ICD 503 accreditation tasks, system documentation, analyzing and troubleshooting system anomalies, and ensuring optimal Information System performance.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

•Establish and maintain servers and workstations in an Amazon cloud environment.

•Establish and maintain S3 environments.

•Plan and implement activities in support of ICD 503 requirements.

•Perform Windows system administrative support to include adding and removing users, performing backups, installing software, monitoring system activity, and assisting users on a daily basis.

•Maintain and troubleshoot customer Windows servers and workstations.

•Perform technical modifications and configuration changes on virtual systems.

•The candidate should at a minimum possess knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2012 Server, Active Directory, and associated server and workstation hardware.

•The candidate should possess working knowledge of data backups, and antivirus systems.

•Create/maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation on an as needed or as requested basis.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.


Required Qualifications:

• BA or BS Degree, and 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012 Server and Windows 7.

• Preferred experience working with of Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft SQL 2014.

• Experience with creating and deploying virtual workstation images.

• Experience administering and optimizing virtual servers and applications.

• Occasional support to evening or weekend application deployments and system patching.

• Understanding of ICD 503 requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DoD 8570 IAT III certification.

• Microsoft Certified Professional certification of higher.

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010.

• Experience administering Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Experience with Tenable s Nessus.
