As the Training Analyst your primary role is to analyze, design, develop, deliver and evaluate training andeducation.
Responsibilities include:
The Senior Training Analyst will be lead the team and day to day delegation of work and delivery of finishedproducts. Will provide design oversight of products. Will have hands on experience applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methods in an adultlearning environment.
Position Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise and experience in developing training using ISD methodology.
Must be familiar with or have direct experience in security fields.
Requires analytical and research abilities, problem solving skills.
Must have excellent written, oral and report-writing skills.
Must have experience working within the IC, DoD and CIA.
Junior Positions: HS, 3-5 years experience depending on position, at least 1-2 years specific experience
Mid-level Positions: HS, BA preferred, 5-10 years experience depending on position, 3-5 specific exp.
Senior Positions: BA preferred, 10+ yrs experience with 5-10 years specific experience depending on position
Post-graduate degree in a related field of study or certification in ISD is a plus.
Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within thelast 5 years and CI Polygraph
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence and or counterintelligence.
