Position Requirements:
• Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and 0-2 years of related experience OR Associates degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent and 2-4 years of related experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 4-6 years of related experience. 

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server, Linux, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Share Point 2003/2010, CISCO Routers and Switches and technologies to include hardware and/or software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CISCO Routers and switches
• Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technology.

What Will This Position Offer You?

As the Cyber Threat Analyst, you will c onduct research, binary analysis and reverse engineering of suspicious and malicious software to determine functionality, complexity, and impact of its implementation on victim/compromised systems of interest.  You will also provide periodic updates documenting the results of this research. In this role, you will be required to provide analysis of packet capture data and netflow data to recover malicious activity, commands/passwords; as well as identify software programs used, identify communication recipients, provide clear text chat conversations, and identify number of users on victim systems. You will also then provide periodic updates documenting the results of this analysis.

In this role, you will analyze and recover encrypted and plaintext passwords or secure keys, identify software programs, hidden rootkit activity, hidden or clear network traffic information, active registry hives, specific command lines, and other system activity. You will also provide intrusion analysis to determine who, what, when and how intrusions occurred.

As the Cyber Threat Analyst, you will provide research and analysis of complex national level cyber security breaches for the CNSS/NCIJTF. You will also be responsible for linking and correlating digital information, such as, threat data (Victim/Source Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Uniform Resource Locators (URL), malicious software), actor contacts or personal data, system logs, obtained from single or multiple sources and develop correlation associations. In this role, you will be required to analyze cyber intrusion activities and make recommendations for NCIJTF to collect, monitor, counteract, or mitigate the threat. As well as analyze leading-edge technologies and make recommendations on analytical procedures for NCIJTF to address cyber threats and vulnerabilities targeting U.S. national interests.

As the digital designer you will create, transform, integrate, and author a side variety of electronic media consisting primarily of computer generated files.

Responsibilities include: 


* Develop and deliver digital audio, video, and photographic multimedia products.



* Provide CD-ROM mastering



* Provide web page design and layout.



* Provide technical support to transfer files to/from systems.



* Maintain the security website.


Position Requirements:


* Requires an Associate of Arts degree in the arts.



* 1-year experience in design and creation of web pages.



* Knowledge of web file formats.



* Knowledge of Director, Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator.


Security Requirements:U.S.Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years and CI Polygraph. 


Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence and or counterintelligence.
