Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall execution of all contract requirements.
Responsibilities include:
The candidate shall have the capability and demonstrated successful experience in planning, budgeting, recruiting, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the activities of a large diverse work force to successfully complete multiple tasks relating to the provision of a multi-faceted security and intelligence program in a classified environment. Qualifying, relevant experience for program management includes demonstrated recent experience in managing a large billion dollar multi-disciplined security and intelligence contract or organization that provides security and intelligence support to a federal entity or private corporation in a classified environment. Serve as the senior program manager for a large ID/IQ supporting the Army’s Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Manage ManTech resources across a wide array of support services in CONUS and overseas. Serve as the primary face to the customer on all matters associated with the contract. Become an integral part of a diverse team that leads the world in innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission critical national security programs in support of the federal government. The candidate shall have the capability and demonstrated successful experience in planning, budgeting, recruiting, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the activities of professional security personnel to complete tasks relating to the provision of a multi-faceted security program in a classified environment, preferably at a research and development activity. Qualifying, relevant experience for program management includes demonstrated recent experience in managing a Billion dollar ID/IQ contract or organization that provides intelligence and security support to a federal entity or private corporation in a classified environment.
Position Requirements:
Requires a Masters Degree with fifteen (15) years of related experience in the intelligence and security fields. Prior Army service in uniform or as a Department of the Army civilian, preferably with 5-10 years in INSCOM assignments. Five (5) years of this experience shall be in the direction and management of Government funded programs in industry or within government entities, with 100 or more individuals under their cognizance.

Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and sixteen plus years of related (intelligence environment) experience or Master’s degree and twelve plus years of related experience including management experience.
