ManTech Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic in Gulfport, Mississippi

ManTech is looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Mechanics for our operations in Gulfport, MS.


Mechanics shall integrate with and assist the onsite Maintenance Officer or other designated Government/Military Official to perform operator (crew) maintenance and shall provide field and sustainment level maintenance to include diagnostics and repair of the vehicles. The Mechanic must have a proven maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance, and be able to use common tools. (For this contract, the definition of maintenance is operations, system troubleshooting, installation, analysis, maintenance, software, and repair of systems and subsystems to component level.) Duties, tasks and responsibilities of the Mechanics shall include but are not limited to providing assistance in failure diagnosis; incorporate Government approved engineering changes on the FoVs; provide maintenance, supply, warranty, and quality deficiency information to the PM for reporting; assist unit personnel in operator and maintenance procedures at field sites.
