General Requirements: Performs as a technical expert in the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or complex enhancements to existing software. Works with technical staff to understand and to develop resolution of software problems. Resolves customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Participates in the development of software user manuals. Assists in the training of less experienced software development staff and may act as a team leader on less complex projects.
Specific Requirements:
Develops and manages software tools in support of Enterprise Management. Formulates and defines specifications for software applications or modifies and maintains existing applications using engineering releases and utilities provided by the software distributor. Conducts program design, coding. testing. debugging and documentation. Performs user administration on Enterprise Management supporting technologies. ReQuired IT Training and Certifications. Also requires Software development (Java, Perl. SQL, Eclipse, Maven, web application development) skills, and Windows and Linux System administration experience. ITIL® v3 Foundation certification desired.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.
