Providing support for monthly deliverables to include forecasts, roster, and financial documents; general administrative support; tracking on-call hours; tracking all training; on-boarding new staff; assisting Leads with any changes to current staff; escorting visitors; tracking deliverable submissions and provide input as needed; providing staffing support; processing timesheet corrections and edits; assisting with coordination of partner and customer meetings.

Position Requirements:

Shall have three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity. Shall have six (6) years experience working programs of over $5M/year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, scheduling activities, and researching program issues using the MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Coordinates and supervises specific non-technical task or function.

Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments or specific objectives.

Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting client schedules.

Coordinates with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another.

Works with project manager and/or client to prepare work schedules and man-hour estimates.

Ensures proper training of subordinates.

Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes.

Assigns and reviews subordinates performance.

Prepares performance evaluations.

Ensures completion of administrative reporting, e.g., timecards, daily statistics, logs, and task narratives. Responds to client requests and questions.

Assists with writing manuals and other documentation.

Responsible for status and task management reports for area of responsibility.

Sets up and manages project facilities as dictated by workload requirements.

Requires Bachelor s degreeor equivalent in related field and five to seven years of related work experience.
