Required Skills/Experience:
5 year or more experience running an IT Project.
Experience running an Enterprise level project that interacts with a mid-sized or large government agency at multiple levels.
Experience handling both the financial and administrative aspects of a project with over 20 people.
Knowledge &/or experience with: Microsoft Project, DOORS, Pert, and other tools commonly associated with managing an IT/Cyber Project.
Familiarity with Information Assurance (IA) and how an IA project is regulated and executed in an Intelligence community environment.
Must possess both a PMP and CISSP certifications.
Job Description:
You will provide an Intelligence Community customer awareness of the project and including the state of all current functional activities. You will perform this work at the customers site, and will be responsible for a report of productivity and management status, provide concerns: such as funding levels and budget status, quality assurance, and risk management. In addition, you will provide progress/status reporting, and conduct program reviews at the contract, giving the customer at least a monthly update report.
All of these activities will be accomplished by supported by handling all administrative, clerical and documentation related functions. These functions include developing and maintaining Mantech and sub-contract personnel availability schedules, distributing tasks to Mantech’s team, and developing, redefining and documenting processes where necessary for the Intelligence Community customer.
Education/Experience requirements:
3-4 years experience with Bachelor degree or higher
5-6 years experience with no degree
Position Location: Maryland Area
Other Requirements:
TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
