Job Duties and Responsibilities ManTech Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions Group is currently seeking a Sr. Process Engineer for an exciting new opportunity located in the Baltimore/Washington area!

Requirements for this position include the following:

Shall have five (5) years experience in a technical field.
Shall have three (3) years experience in tailoring and applying management and engineering processes within a program or project, tailored to project needs.
Shall have three (3) years experience providing technical leadership and direction in supporting the application of sound process engineering concepts.
Shall have three (3) years experience in a specific process field (e.g., Comma, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 9001/AS 9100).
Shall have three (3) years experience in assessing a project's process needs, to include introducing and executing one (1) process, - such as Risk Management, or successfully handling a specific project issue with process improvement techniques.
Shall have two (2) years experience process that includes process definition, process metrics, and workforce education (where applicable) using corporate process assets.
Shall have three (3) years direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.

Desired Professional Experience:
Process certifications (e.g. CMMI, Lean Six Sigma) are desired.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, Program Management etc) is desired.

TS/SCI with Poly is required. Location is Baltimore/Washington area.
