ManTech Security Research Intern in Herndon, Virginia
The Junior Security Researcher will be a member of our Security Research team. This team conducts both internal and client driven security research against mobile/embedded platforms and supporting infrastructure. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and passionate security professional.
• Designing, develop, and troubleshoot software programs
• Thoroughly document, in a manner suitable for widespread publication, design and implementation details of software systems
• Participate in peer code reviews
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• Must hold or be eligible for security clearance
• Experience writings programs in C or C+• Experience debugging applications (WinDbg, OllyDbg, gdb)
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
Desired Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
• Familiarity with assembly for one or more architectures (x86/x64, ARM, MIPS)
• Familiarity with at least one mobile or embedded platform programming environment
• Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby or Perl
Current College Year Status: Junior or Senior
