As theSenior Principal Software Engineer, you will serve as a company expert in performing system and subsystem definition, preliminary and detailed design, design implementation, and subsystem and system integration and tests for a system. You will participate in software requirement review, preliminary and critical design, integration readiness review, and software acceptance review. You will act as technical lead for pre-proposal, proposal, and existing program efforts. Involvement in business development includes briefing customers on company capabilities. You will support program management office in technical role. You will represent the organization as the prime customer contact on contracts or projects. You will interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.
You will be working on a project to develop a modular software component architecture that works across a defined subset of embedded systems and to provide software engineering support using a modified agile test-driven process. Candidate must be an enthusiastic self-starter a must with the ability to learn new skills as needed.
