Job Duties and Responsibilities
Become an integral part of a diverse team that leads the world in Mission, Cyber, and Technology Solutions. At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
As a Staff Task Supervisor, you will lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations. You will prepare project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. You will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment. You will keep current on advances in the field of Information Technology. You will provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. You will provide a Quality Control Plan for all relevant requirements. You will support technical and business goals in consultation with top management and makes detailed plans for the accomplishment of those goals.

You will ensure that tasks are completed within deadlines. You will consult and coordinate with management for problem resolution, task scheduling, new requirements, training needs, and task clarifications. You will establish and implement streamlined processes and procedures enabling rapid response to surge requirements. You will direct daily operations by analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. You will assign and review the contributions of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers. You will stay abreast of advances in technology. You will develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. You will review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation. You will plan and coordinate activities such as installation and upgrading of hardware and software, programming and systems design, development of computer networks, and implementation of Internet and Intranet sites. You will analyze computer and information needs from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.

Minimum Qualifications-- You must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed: MS Project and PMF / Project Management, and ITIL Foundation Certification.

Preferred Qualifications-- Candidates with the following desired skills will be given preferential consideration: Systems Engineering, Metrics, CM Tools, Remedy, COOP Planning, and SLAs.

Position Requirements: Bachelor degree plus 2 to 3 years of related experience.

Security Requirements: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
