Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides counter drug and terrorism advice to high level foreign government officials. This will include advice on developing the institutional capabilities of National Police organizations. The development of strategic plans, communications, training, facilities, and the development of operational and administrative policies and procedures. They will provide advice on structured approaches to eliminating corruption, hiring and vetting of police and the development of internal security measures. The Mentors/Advisors will draw from their experience to give sound and logical advice so that high level government officials can modernize their police organization in a structured and viable approach.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, and Psychology or other related disciplines and fifteen plus years of experience or Ma
Additional Qualifications At a minimum should have 15 years of counter drug experience and at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience. Should have at least five years working with foreign counterpart police. Must have strong diplomatic skills and sensitivity to foreign cultures. Experience in working in interagency environment
