Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as contractor’s single contract manager and representative authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel. Responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract. Manage contractor support team across all elements of mission programs. Provide contract status reports to responsible Government personnel, to include Government Program Manager and/or Government COR. Interface with staff on status of contract or task order performance. Coordinate program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists and publishing meeting results. Manage substantial military design, development, integration, test and documentation operations for multiple tasks. Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards. Manage logistics support analysis for complex military systems. Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related (technical environment) experience including management experience.
Additional Qualifications At a minimum should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems, business or related scientific/technical discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. At a minimum should have a total of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience in military design and development including five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military electronics hardware/software development, and five (5) years systems analysis. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described in Column C. This position requires a TOP SECRET – SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (SCI) security clearance at issuance of contract. Proposed resume must show that the proposed employee holds a current TOP SECRET - SCI clearance.
