Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as technical expert in the subject area. Coordinates and often manages the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations. Defines problems and analyzes and develops plans and requirements in the subject matter area for complex systems/programs. Demonstrates creativity and innovation in developing and applying advanced techniques and solutions.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, Human Resources Development, and Psychology or other related disciplines and ten to twelve years of experience or M
Additional Qualifications Fifteen (15) or more years of general experience including at least ten (10) years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise. These individuals are experts in the either functional domains such as finance, acquisition, security, etc; or technical disciplines such as laser technology, nuclear physics, signal & image processing, etc. A bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education may be used to provide 5 years of general experience.
