Job Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as the lead engineer and manager for a contract effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government program authorities and representatives on technical program/project and contract administration issues. Supervises program/project operation by developing technical and management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Manages and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/projedct with respect to contract requirements.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
Additional Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess the following:

- A bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline OR postgraduate degree in a business management discipline,
- A miminum of seven years management/supervisor experience with respect to technical program/projects.
- A minimum of three years experience performing technical program/project work in the Naval aviation contracts environment.

Candidates must possess or be capable of possessing a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level.
