Job Duties and Responsibilities 
The Senior .Net Developer will be responsible for full life cycle development of an application conversion from a PowerBuilder to .NET platform. Assistance in requirements gathering, design, and documentations will be required. In addition, the position requires creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. The candidate selected for this role will assist in management of resources within a project schedule; consistently deliver high-quality services to clients; participate in generation of full SDLC products and mentor those with less experience through informal channels. This skilled individual seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond required training and trains other employees through both formal and informal training programs.
The ideal person will possess personal qualities to include developing relationships with client personnel that foster ties with our clients; communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
As a valued member of this team, the Senior .Net Developer must be able to perform and/or display the following core competencies that are essential to the success of this role:
Skill Set
·    Possesses significant knowledge of the .NET language and architecture with specific experience utilizing C# and ASP.
·    Possesses significant knowledge and experience with PL/SQL.
·    Previous experience with workflow systems in addition toDepartment of Defense supply transaction interfaces and process flowis a plus.


Communication
·    Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
·    Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
·    Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Relational Databases
·    Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.
·    Effectively employs many different database design techniques.
·    Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system.

Architecture
·    Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
·    Creates well designed, reusable objects.
·    Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
·    Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.
·    Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
·    Ability to quickly learn new emerging concepts and software.

Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.

Job Description:
Researches, plans, designs and develops new applications for electro-mechanical equipment and systems. Reviews contractor's standards, specifications and other documentation to determine mechanical engineering requirements. Designs or reviews simple mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ventilation and/or instrumentation systems using analytical and investigative methods and techniques to ensure systems meet required specifications. Gathers and correlates basic data and performs routine engineering research and development assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests in order to develop new applications or upgrade existing hardware. Guides and assists technicians in fabrication and installation of simple mechanical and related equipment and routine systems in order to ensure conformance of product and systems with engineering design and customer specifications. May evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions or improve equipment or system function. May review and correct drawings to ensure that products are in accordance with proper engineering techniques and specifications. Tasks may require physical abilities.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
• 8+ years of related experience
• Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or  maintenance.
• Preferred areas of experience may be with light or heavy duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
• Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
• Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters.
• Effectively applies industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.
• Prior training and/or maintenance experience on systems preferable
• Qualify for a corporate VISA travel card.
• Pre-employment Drug Screening
