Job Description:

As the Project Manager, you will direct the project as defined by the Program Manager to include but not limited to: all financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning and financial reporting. 
Perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues that require reports and recommends solutions.
Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
Provide supervision, training and direction to staff.
You will direct and supervise all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. You will manage the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. You will support activities for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 10 – 12 years of experience

The Cyber Future Operations Project Manager provides planning, policy, requirements, and integration support for the supported agencies and oversight planning as requested. The candidate will provide planning support to integrate and synchronize cyber operations and any incident handling processes. Duties include development of operational plans and development of innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities include:
·    Identification and development of mission enhancement opportunities, reporting on evolving Cyber policy trends and issues, and reviewing and evaluating policy directives/documents.
·    Conduct research that focuses on rapidly emerging cyber threats, and the methods and processes employed by adversary employment of cyber warfare techniques, as well as offensive capabilities.
·    Conduct engineering design and development to create technical capabilities that offer Cyber solutions.
·    Recommend investments in hardware and software capabilities that will ensure cutting edge analysis and development of cyber intrusion response capabilities.
The Cyber Future Operations Project Manager will also provide support to and enhance Cyber requirements analysis and tracking processes, including highly-focused studies and analyses to support development of processes for the identification, refinement, and prioritization of Cyber requirements throughout the Cyber integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
·    Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience or 9+ years experience in lieu of degree.
·    Active TS/SCI clearance (not currently under PR) required with DHS Suitability
·    Experience in management of broad-based Cyber Security programs, including management of systems development and implementation; systems integration; complex network designs; network administration; telecommunications; Cyber Security engineering; research and operations; systems analysis; business process analysis; and data processing
·    Demonstrable field experience in one or more of the following disciplines—Cyber Security (technical and/or management,notsolely policy/procedure), telecommunications, networking, data processing, and distributed computing
·    This position also requires technical writing, preparation and delivery of briefings, attendance at conference and seminars, scheduling and coordination of meetings/deliverables, and providing direct support to Government action officers in creating and coordinating Cyber courses of action based on developed requirements.
·    Experience is necessary supporting compartmented or special operations

At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement. 

As the Special Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of a specific technical task or project for our government customer. You will ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments or specific objectives. You will typically supervise multiple technical teams and will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of project tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting client schedules. Coordinates with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another. Works with project managers and/or client to prepare work schedules and man-hour estimates. Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes. Assigns and reviews subordinates’ performance. Prepares performance evaluations. Ensures completion of administrative reporting, e.g., timecards, daily statistics, logs, and task narratives. Responds to client requests and questions. Responsible for status and task management reports for area of responsibility.
 
Position Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (technical environment) experience including management experience.

At least 2 years of Project Management experience, preferable in a Government environment.
