Job Duties and Responsibilities Become an integral part of a diverse team that leads the world in Mission, Cyber, and Technology Solutions. At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
As a Network Center Operator, you will trouble shoot system and compile event logs; Monitor daily system usage and performance to maintain a functional system; task remote systems; provide collected data via report to world-wide sponsor facilities and sponsors’ partners.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic test on operating system and hardware to detect problems.
• Initiate preventive maintenance on the operation system as well as be capable of repairing system/environment problems.
• Develop the procedures and be capable of executing existing and developed procedures in order to maintain compliance customer policy regarding patches and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot of system performance and make system modifications.
Position Requirements:
• 4 Years general experience or 2 years specialized experience required.
• Network Experience, SOC/OPS or Fusion center background and CISCO switches knowledge a plus.
• Possess strong technical written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Networking skills required, with emphasis on security.
• Desired certifications include MCSA and MCSE.

Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree in (Computer Science, Math or Engineering) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
