Job Duties and Responsibilities What this Position will Offer You?

General Responsibilities: Develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees. Coordinates with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs. Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
Specified Responsibilities: Applies an enterprise-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis and technical requirements gathering on an enterprise-wide basis. Develops standard process and capabilities for transition integration of IT Services. Applies process improvement recommendations, group facilitation, interviewing of clients, provides additional forms of knowledge transfer when applicable. Acts as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of IT Services. Assist in establishing standards for IT Service integration procedures. Constructs sound logical business improvement opportunities consistent with corporate Information Technology Service Management guidance.
Required IT Training and Certifications: ITIL® v3 Foundation certification and HP Service Manager 7.11 End-User Training are highly desirable.

Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience.
Additional Qualifications Required IT Training and Certifications: ITIL® v3 Foundation certification and HP Service Manager 7.11 End-User Training are highly desirable.
