Major Job Functions:






Performs as a technical expert in the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or complex enhancements to existing software. Works within a development team to understand and to develop resolution of software problems. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Assists in the training of less experienced software development staff and may act as a team leader on less complex projects.

Provides computer forensic and intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of computer evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis, data recovery, and network assessments. Conducts vulnerability assessments/penetration tests of information systems. Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding and network security and encryption. Assists in deterring, identifying, monitoring, investigating and analyzing computer network intrusions. 




Requirements:

* Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Preferences:

Ideal candidates: will be experienced low-level / kernel programmers whose capabilities should include expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following subject areas:

* Strong grasp of operating system fundamentals, including interrupts, threading, virtual memory, device drivers and memory management techniques

* Knowledge and understanding of operating system internals, device drivers, integration of code with the operating system kernel, reverse engineering, and Intel x86 assembly

ManTech is seeking a technically savvy individual to perform general System Administrator duties for a specialized medical information system.

General Responsibilities:

·    Perform remote support for the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) database for one Military Treatment Facility (MTF), to include files and patient/user data. Support the government staff in updating business practices to better serve the hospital and patients.
·    Perform data analysis, auditing and reconciliation on a variety of reports from CHCS.
·    Coordinate and facilitate the correction of errors and omissions from CHCS.
·    Make recommendations to improve data accuracy and data collection.
·    Assign user access/privileges.
·    Run and distribute standard systems reports and develop ad hoc reports as related to data accuracy to assist MTF in maintaining data accuracy.
·    Manage and perform and assist AHLT A data mapping requirements.
·    Assist AHLTA System Specialist with system administration support (backup for CHCS System Specialist)
·    Perform special projects, on an as needed basis.
·    Attend weekly teleconferences for statement of work and to provide updates to the government.
·    Provide the site with a CHCS monthly cleanup progress report
·    Assist the client staff in ensuring site CHCS files and tables are consistent with the military treatment facility and higher headquarters.
·    Assess business practices and procedures which impact the CHCS data quality and recommend process improvements to prevent data deficiencies reoccurring.
·    Perform reconciliation of the CHCS file and table structure.
·    Perform quarterly site visits to provide on-site technical assistance.

Requirements: The candidate must have, at minimum, 5 years generalized system administration experience, familiarity and experience and documented proficiency in database structures relating to CHCS,an understanding of the file and table structure of CHCS possess the have the ability to function as the CHCS System Specialist. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government Position of Trust/IT-II.

Other Skills Required:
Must have good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in staff meetings with multi-disciplinary professional. Must be able to operate independently and willing to travel for short periods.

Major Job Functions:







Performs as a technical expert in the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or complex enhancements to existing software. Works within a development team to understand and to develop resolution of software problems. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Assists in the training of less experienced software development staff and may act as a team leader on less complex projects.

Provides computer forensic and intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of computer evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis, data recovery, and network assessments. Conducts vulnerability assessments/penetration tests of information systems. Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding and network security and encryption. Assists in deterring, identifying, monitoring, investigating and analyzing computer network intrusions. 




Requirements:

* Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Major Job Functions:






Performs as a technical expert in the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or complex enhancements to existing software. Works within a development team to understand and to develop resolution of software problems. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Assists in the training of less experienced software development staff and may act as a team leader on less complex projects.

Provides computer forensic and intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of computer evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis, data recovery, and network assessments. Conducts vulnerability assessments/penetration tests of information systems. Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding and network security and encryption. Assists in deterring, identifying, monitoring, investigating and analyzing computer network intrusions. 




Requirements:

* Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Preferences:

If unable to diagnose problem and/or problem requires physical interaction with end user dispatches field engineers from appropriate team. Opens, tracks and closes trouble tickets; ensures problem ownership and promotes end-user satisfaction. Tracks activities of field engineers to who tickets were assigned. Trained and certified in automated help desk management systems. 

Specified Responsibilities:
Performs ticket management on the SM7 system forr all of the NSA Enterprise. Must have SM7 operational experience and level of years experience in data and network systems/IT. Expected to be knowledgeable of mission IT support skills on the proprietary systems and IT services of the NSA. 

Required IT Training and Certifications: Knowledge of UNlX/Linux/NT; ITIL® v3 Foundations certification; and IAT Level II certification (per DoD Directive 8570.1)

General Responsibilities: Assists in providing customer contact and resolve routine, non-complex customer problems with designated product line(s) on the customer site. Communicates with internal technical or customer service personnel to determine nature of problem to implement procedures to resolve customer problem. Documents problem and troubleshooting procedures. Attend on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of technical skill. 
Specific Responsibilities: Serves as the first point of contact, across the globe, for the IT ‘hands on keyboard” user into the IT environment. Interacts effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve technical issues, and responds to queries and service requests that originate by telephone, web-based portals, email, or other methods. Highly knowledgeable of IT operations, platforms, functions and terminology. Demonstrated mastery of desktop systems and/or various software applications and concepts; possesses a solid understanding of IT hardware; proficient in networking services, to include Active Directory and software installation; ability to read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation. Ability to touch-type and enter detailed information in the trouble ticketing system while interacting with customers telephonically. 
Required IT Training and Certifications: IAT Level II certification per DoD Directive 8570.1). HP Service Manager 7.11 End User Training. ITIL® v2 Foundations certification or ITIL® v3 Foundations or Bridge certification desirable.

Maintain file servers, network access, document and analyze system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance. Prepares system for operational use and support operational tests. 

Specific Responsibilities:
Provides processing and administration of configuration change control. Monitors the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into products, documents, and related software. Provides administration and oversight of configuration status accounting. Supports IT system audits to verify that all baseline requirements have been met. Supports IT quality assurance process audits. Monitors, tracks and provides all required change related metrics. 

Required IT Training and Certifications: ITIL® v3 Foundations certification; HP Service Manager 7.11 End-User Training. Communications background desirable
