As Information Technology Security Investigations/Forensic Support specialist you will be responsible for investigating instances of fraud, Waste and abuse involving customer information systems, investigating and eradicating computer viruses and malicious code, participating in Technical exchange meetings and working groups to address issues related to computer security and vulnerabilities. Additionally you will prepare, Write and present reports and briefings as required.

Responsibilities include: 
·    Conduct investigations of fraud, Waste, abuse, viruses, malicious code, data spills, and network penetrations.
·    Provide evaluation of program and system vulnerabilities as they relate to security and develop programmatic or procedural countermeasures as necessary to protect program operation.
·    Incorporate all security disciplines, recommend and develop requirements, specifications designs and procedures to satisfy program security policy and planning guidance
·    Monitor the implementation of security requirements for government and industry facilities and systems.
·    Develop reports, information and recommendations that support the implementation of government security requirements.

Position Requirements:

* BS in engineering, computer science or related science degree or equivalent verified experience.

* 5 year experience in computer science or software engineering

* 5 years experience in information security fundamentals/principles

* 3 – 5 years technical experience in client /server

* Maintain technical expertise level by keeping abreast of evolving is technologies and how they will impact the security of the customers IS’s.

* Experience with penetration testing and analysis..

* Possess strong technical written and verbal communication skills essential.

* Networking skills required, with emphasis on security.

* Desired certifications include ENCE, CISSP

• Regularly work on UNIX, LINUX, and Windows platforms.
• Perform preventative maintenance services to identify degradations to the operating environment.
• Troubleshoot system performance and configuration errors

* The Manager shall be required to confer with vendors or suppliers to negotiate and obtain best product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedules.

* The procurement manager shall determine the method of procurements, prepare purchase orders or bid request, review bid proposals and negotiate orders within budget.

Experience Required:

* At least 8 years experience in procurement sourcing and management, preferably in a government contracting environment.

* Must understand procurement management and its component and demonstrated experience successfully

* Effective communication and negotiation skills as well as Excel and other automated systems.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience and supervisioy/management experience.
Clearance: Able to obtain secret clearance

The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) will report to the TSG Director, Subcontracts and Procurement and will be embedded with and dedicated to the line Program Management team for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Program to create a responsive, proactive and cost-effective supply chain capable of supporting Department of State worldwide operations.  This individual will develop sourcing strategies for the program; perform spend data analysis; drive sourcing negotiations, monitor changing program priorities over time, and supplier conditions and adjust sourcing accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities:

* Consistent with the program sourcing requirements, will perform opportunity analysis of relevant spend data to identify sourcing targets for requirements/ spend categories that will result in significant and sustainable cost savings; produce clear and compelling business cases to support the proposed course of action; work with stakeholder team ( functions, line organizations, ITS, etc.) to implement sourcing solutions and measure and report results.

* Develop and track sourcing and procurement metrics including supplier performance as well as ensure compliance with the respective procurement policies, practices and standards.

* Develop appropriate strategies for managing key subcontractor/Vendor relationships; coordinate sourcing activities throughout the program and the enterprise business, consolidating volumes and enhancing efficiencies; develop master sourcing terms specific to the program to speed response times to meet demand.

Experience Required:

* At least 8 years experience in procurement sourcing and supply chain management, preferably in a government contracting environment. 

* Must understand supply chain management and its component and demonstrated experience successfully applying strategic sourcing principles and methodologies to direct and indirect spend categories.

* Effective communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical skills including manipulating data in Excel and Access.

Education: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, business Law, Engineering, Ecomonics of related field and eight to ten years related experience
