Job Duties and Responsibilities 
Description of Position:
This position is for a system engineer/system administrator to provide Front Line Engineering/Tier 2 support for tools and systems on rotating 12 and 8 hour shifts.
Operational System Support - Provide support for TU systems. This includes monitoring and improving monitoring of these systems; responding to and ensuring resolution of operational issues reported by site personnel, 24X7 Monitoring centers, Tier 1 support, dataflow groups, and end users; following and updating provided SOPs; fully document and report issues; and providing feedback to development engineers on how to improve stability and supportability, to include involvement in requirements process. May also assist with installations, upgrades, and patches and ensure system is operating as expected after these actions, performing minor regression testing and validation.
**This position fulfills a task that must be performed 24x7. To meet these requirements, personnel shall be prepared to stay at their position until relieved at the end of their shift. If their replacement does not or cannot reach the office, they will be required to contact their supervisor who will find their replacement; however, they must remain until that replacement arrives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
• Three years direct experience with full life cycle of enterprise management system deployment with a focus on system availability, supportability, scalability, and security.
• Five years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence capability with an emphasis on collection, processing, and exploitation.
• Ten years in a technical role in projects and programs include agile development projects.
• Ten years experience as a Systems Engineer supporting programs to develop and field large-scale systems to include experience in system architecture, requirements analysis, system documentation, system evaluation, and process execution and evaluation.
