ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Overseas Support Branch (OSB) Senior Material Manager-OCONUS to join our team to provide unparalleled support to our customer. The Senior OSB Material Manager-OCONUS will provide logistics support to a new contract.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Senior Logistician will provide general guidance, train and support professional staff consisting of DoS, contractor and other employees Perform logistical functions, as directed. Prepare and maintain property, maintenance, operational records and periodic/scheduled reports. Coordinate travel, shipping, and receiving arrangements. Coordinate installation & maintenance activities. Conducts inventories of the ESO/ESC's stocked and installed equipment. Completes the necessary annual inventory reconciliation reports. Maintain the inventory databases of equipment and assets. In conjunction with warehouse operations, this position shall maintain strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system. Maintains sufficient levels of stocked supplies and equipment per the OIC's guidance. Perform other duties as assigned by the Officer-in-Charge, possibly including clerical and administrative support duties, escorting of uncleared personnel or assisting with travel arrangements. Commitment to support and abide by the Department of State s Regional Security Office s policies and regulations.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. At least five years of experience working as a logistician. One (1) year of overseas experience in international administrative and logistical support issues. Advanced knowledge of inventory databases such as: NEPA, Asset Management, NT Pams (TSCM), Maximo and WPAS systems is a plus. Knowledge of Government procurement systems is a plus. Level 3 English proficiency. Experience working through a wide range of logistics and materials processing issues. Knowledge of inventory procedures and accountability. Ability to maintain strong working relationships and deal effectively with high-ranking U.S. Embassy personnel and high-ranking military officers. Due to the frequent requirement to move materials, the candidate must be capable of handling boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

This position is deployed up to 90% of the calendar year in high-threat areas, in multiple locations (not one specific area). Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. May be required to spend several months in the Washington D.C. metro area for training and OSB support duties prior to departure to assigned overseas work location. Must also be willing to serve in positions worldwide, which may include domestic assignments. Overseas locations may be located in high-risk environments. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must have a valid US Passport.

Security Requirements:

Must have a Top Secret clearance or be able to obtain an interim Top Secret clearance prior to deployment overseas.
