ManTech Management Analyst (COMSEC) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Minimum/General Experience: Two years of related experience performing administrative support functions, including inventory management. Must be organized and have good oral and written communication skills. Must possess experience using word processing and desktop publishing application software and hardware. Must be familiar with Government procedures, policies and security. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). Must be knowledgeable in courier procedures. Attention to detail is required. Prior experience with asset and inventory management preferred.

Functional Responsibility: Functions as administrative assistant for an office or program. Provides administrative support functions such as: prepares final correspondence, reports and other published material; prepares briefing material; maintains program files; supports budget and finance functions; organized in conducting inventories; maintains records and documents for accountability and executes administrative operating processes and procedures. Tracks and manages COMSEC assets and inventory. Performs inventory audits. Local travel may be required periodically.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI. Able to pass CI Poly.


Requires Bachelors degree (in Business Administration) or equivalent, and two to four years of related (project support or management) experience.
