Job Duties and Responsibilities 
The Assessment and Investigation of Mine Susceptibility (AIMS) program conducts acoustic and magnetic signature measurement and analysis for U.S. Navy minesweepers and surface combatants. The measurement locations include foreign ports such as Bahrain and Sasebo, Japan as well as CONUS locations such as San Diego. ManTech is seeking candidates to fulfill a System Engineer position to work with both ManTech and government personnel in support of the AIMS systems and operations.



The System Engineer’s responsibilities will include:

·   Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot and repair all of the AIMS systems, including underwater sensors and associated electronics as well as on-shore measurement, analysis and tracking systems.

·   Configuration and inventory management. Maintain and track AIMS system documentation and spares; set up hardware and software drivers and the configuration of the various systems. Make recommendations regarding anomalies to stakeholders.

·   Support the stakeholders in the maintenance and upgrade of the various shipboard AIMS systems.

·   At-sea checkout/installation/removal of J-box with associated cabling.

·   Interface with USN shipping and receiving, including the generation of all required shipping documentation of equipment, pre and post-op.

·   Assist with the AIMS Timeserver and Tracking software operation. Set-up and configure the Tracking System/Computer for AIMS measurements.

·   Ensure that the measurement site is configured with adequate power to meet requirements for the van and systems. If generators are utilized, then properly prepare and maintain, along with a service log. Ensure that all necessary tools and equipment for generator system installation, usage, and removal are available.

·   Assist the stakeholders with array installation and removal including at-sea barge and small boat operations. 

·   Assist the stakeholders during initial system checkout, post-removal checkout, AIMS van setup/removal, and all maintenance and inventory actions.

·   Assist stakeholders with the Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) operation, setup and the survey of the array coordinates.



Qualifications: Requires Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable program. Two to five years of relevant experience preferred.

Education/experience to include:

·   Measurement systems development and operation (preferably acoustic and/or magnetic) including system integration, analog-to-digital conversion, signal telemetry and signal processing

·   Design and installation of sensors and cabling

·   Computer configuration and integration

·   Fiber optic cable testing and repair

The Assistant Program Manager (APM) provides oversight to ensure property accountability and readiness of all government property under ManTech’s control. Job Duties and Responsibilities 
The Readiness / Fleet Manager (RFM), as part of ManTech’s Integrated Logistics Support &amp; Services (ILSS) contract, manage readiness operations in support of the Left Behind Equipment (LBE) program and Pre-Deployment Training Equipment (PDTE) program. The RFM is responsible for planning, organizing and executing field maintenance of all maintenance significant items including Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) and implementing vehicle Low Usage Program (LUP) and ensure that Class IX repair parts for inducted unit’s vehicles are picked up from the Supply Support Activity and provided to the Source of Repair (SOR). This position will manage scheduling of periodic maintenance and services, dispatch of passenger, cargo and combat vehicles, requisition and exchange of repair parts (if applicable) and use and dispose of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) products. RFM will Supervise Readiness Management Supervisors (RMS), prepare readiness reports and write and update internal SOPs for maintenance areas. Additionally, the RTC coordinates for emergency recovery and repair of all equipment, manage the Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS), unit calibration requirements (as required) and unit level oil analysis program (if required).
• Oversee all readiness section activities and management operations.
o Supervise RMSs in charge of the Data Entry Clerks for Standard Army Maintenance System- Enhanced (SAMS-E).
o Supervise RMSs in charge of Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators.
• Account for and catalog all equipment eligible for maintenance tracking in SAMS-E system.
• Track equipment readiness reporting and service schedules.
• Provide representation at readiness meetings hosted by client, SOR, and applicable contractors and local agencies/organizations.
• Implement a LUP for the LBE.
• Manage site PMCS and vehicle inspection program, in support of LUP and receipt of equipment from SOR.
• Manages the receipt of Class IX for inducted vehicles and coordinates the transfer of the repair parts to the SOR.
• Manage the receipt, issue, and turn-in of unserviceable repairables.
• Supervise vehicle dispatching process through subordinate managers.
• Manage maintenance readiness reporting (Army Material Status System – AMSS).
• Analyze maintenance trends and develop/coordinate measures with maintenance support activities to meet LBE program goals.
• Manages Readiness Section in all assigned tasks and ensures all necessary counseling and evaluations for section personnel are completed IAW Corporate, Program and Site policies.
• Establish and enforce shop fire and safety programs, ensure that environmental protection procedures (to include spill response plans) are established and followed in all maintenance activities and direct emergency recovery and repair of all Unit equipment.
• Establish internal procedures to receive, issue and store tools, parts, publications and POL products.
• Establish, direct and supervise procedures for turn-in, receipt and exchange of repair parts and accessories.
• Direct the establishment and operation of Unit shop stock lists for field repair and maintenance related operations (if required).
• Prepare and conduct briefings to site Program Manager (PM), government clients and customer units.
• Additional duties as assigned by the PM.
• Additionally, will need to provide assistance as needed or directed, with all processes dealing with inventory procedures to include: equipment inventory layout, component list inventories, sub hand receipts and shortage annex procedures and relocation of equipment and materials.

Additional Qualifications The successful candidate must be a U.S. citizen, possess a SECRET security clearance and have skills similar to an Army Warrant Officer CW3 through CW5 915A/E, Unit Maintenance Technician/Support Maintenance Technician with over 10 years experience in fleet management / maintenance. Candidate must be highly qualified with general supervisory experience and must have prior experience similar to a Battalion Motor Officer. Candidate requires expert level experience and proficiency with SAMS – E and tasks associated with running Unit Maintenance Operations and must possess knowledge of standardized maintenance regulations (specifically DA Pam 750-8, Functional Users Manual For The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS), policies, procedures or other written or verbal instructions relating to receipt and/or issue of equipment/rolling stock. ManTech is seeking a Junior Usability Expert to support and assist the Sr Usability Expert to test and analyze new products or services to ensure ease of use for its Military customers. The Jr UX will provide assessments by listening to the parameters of a new product as described within the interview process (scoping meetings) and create and share an initial list of usability improvement ideas, questions and suggestions for the client. The Jr UX will conduct further research by analyzing the usage of similar products and their use and provides recommendations on UI design reviews, hold design meetings and User-Interface design sessions as appropriate. The Jr UX will have exposure to working closely with the Government and Military personnel and will work closely with a small team of experts within a state of the art Usability Lab.

General Responsibilities:
Provide expert analytical support through design reviews, design meetings, User-Interface design sessions, and other methods as appropriate.
Craft deliverables to clearly demonstrate and illustrate interaction and information designs, such as wireframes, storyboards, concept sketches, interactive mock-ups, and other prototypes at all levels of fidelity.
Conduct qualitative user research such as structured interviews, focus groups, and field observations.
Assist in planning laboratory testing.
Execute user testing for a range of products or materials according to test plans as appropriate.
Perform audience segmentation and generate personas. 

Analyze and summarize results through reports, briefings, and presentations.
Assist in integrating UX design into TEC and T2 by developing design processes, products, and services in support of and parallel to UX research.
Support user-centered design principles at T2 by providing education through presentations and workshops.
Sustain all required hardware, software and associated equipment.

ManTech's Technical Services Group (TSG) is seeking a skilled Windows Systems Administrator for its Bremerton, WA location.

The successful Windows Systems Administrator will provide on-site systems administration support to Navy clients. General duties include:
- Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software
- Monitor and manage use of disk space, per connections
- Perform physical and data security
- Maintain server back-ups for disaster recovery
- Maintaining the functionality of the server,
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- Assist in the enforcement of the Naval Shipyard Corporate Network (NSCN) INFOSEC Policy with minimum impact to the daily shipyard business
- Change and configuration management
- Manage shared network applications
- Provide processes for increased functionality of centralized administration of Windows clients
- Provide technical support for Windows server related issues
- Anti-Virus administration
- Position will require2008 MCITP Microsoft Certification and Security + certification within 6 months after hire

**Note: This position requires shift work. Candidate will likely work a Tuesday through Saturday shift. 

Other desired skills but not required inclulde:
- Web Sphere, IIS, OAS, Apache/Tomcat
- Installation, implementation, configuration and maintenance experience in Citrix 


Qualifications 
Bachelors Degree + 10 years of related experience. Successful candidate must have 7+ years of experience providing systems administration support on Windows and UNIX / AIX platforms.

Job Description:
Researches, plans, designs and develops new applications for electro-mechanical equipment and systems. Reviews contractor's standards, specifications and other documentation to determine mechanical engineering requirements. Designs or reviews simple mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ventilation and/or instrumentation systems using analytical and investigative methods and techniques to ensure systems meet required specifications. Gathers and correlates basic data and performs routine engineering research and development assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests in order to develop new applications or upgrade existing hardware. Guides and assists technicians in fabrication and installation of simple mechanical and related equipment and routine systems in order to ensure conformance of product and systems with engineering design and customer specifications. May evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions or improve equipment or system function. May review and correct drawings to ensure that products are in accordance with proper engineering techniques and specifications. Tasks may require physical abilities.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
• 8+ years of related experience
• Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or  maintenance.
• Preferred areas of experience may be with light or heavy duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
• Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
• Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters.
• Effectively applies industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.
• Prior training and/or maintenance experience on systems preferable
• Qualify for a corporate VISA travel card.
• Pre-employment Drug Screening
