Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience. Additional Qualifications The Program Manager (PM) must be a U.S. citizen, possess a SECRET security clearance and have no less than 18 years of senior management experience in either Logistics or Supply Management areas – this person should be similar in skill to a very experienced Lieutenant Colonel/Colonel. He/she should preferably be a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or other service equivalent and must be highly familiar with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).
