Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented LAN/WAN Engineer to join our team in the Marshall, VA. area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform as a senior technical participant with knowledge and experience in local and wide area networking, communications, and related software/hardware within a multi-platform operating environment.

Responsible for the integration of a total network including the planning, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of the corporate LAN/WAN.

Current on technological developments and applications, and evaluate vendor products to make recommendations for purchase.

Recommend network security and policies. May work with Voice and/or Data Communications Analyst.

Qualifications :

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, and five to seven years of relevant experience are required.

Experience in LAN/WAN and Encryption Device technologies and their underlying protocols

Ability to follow and adhere to SDLC ISO 15288 development guidance

Familiarity with NIST 800-53, A&A, ICD-503

VCP 5 AND;IAT II: Security + CE

MS 70-640 Cfg Active Directory or;

MS 70-642 Cfg Net Infra or;

MS 70-646 Svr Administrator

Ability to travel up to 0-35%.

Security Requirements:

An active and current TS/SCI clearance is required.
