ManTech Mobile Analyst in Altadena, California

ManTech is seeking a Mobile Analyst to support on-site users at a Government Customer location in Pasadena, CA.

Essential Job Duties:

Work with and Maintain vendor relationship. Responsible forworking with the mobile team and ensuring the team receives the necessaryinventory from supplier in a timely fashion. Track inventory and informmanagement of any discrepancies or shortages. Monitor SLA performance toensure metrics are being met. Participate on all calls and track any issues toresolution. Work with Product Specialist on adding new products to thecatalog. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma and three or more years of related work experience providing support to end users, working in an IT support role or an equivalent combination of work experience and education Familiar with Apple and Android devices and services, mobile security and general IT Management Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail

Must be authorized to work in the United States.


Requires High School diploma or equivalent and four to five years of related experience. Technical training equivalent to an Associates degree preferred
