ManTech Windows System and Network Administrator in Arlington, Virginia

The Windows system and network administrator will maintain, update, and secure windows systems. The candidate will image and deploy new systems to government-provided specifications in support of the agency s mission. The candidate must be familiar with IT ticketing systems, customer support, and inventory management. The candidate will troubleshoot and configure windows systems and peripherals in a networked environment using varying tools to include Active Directory, various imaging suites, Citrix Desktop director, VDI administration, and cisco router and switch administration. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that networked Windows systems perform optimally with minimal downtime to effectively support the mission. The candidate will assist with IA network and systems scans, application of STIGs, and ensure all IA requirements are met. The candidate will handle DISA circuit coordination and service as the local COMSEC element. The candidate will perform all other IT support related duties as assigned, in support of multiple networks and requirements.


CONUS Travel may be required. (local DC area approximately twice per month)

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or similar degree) and 5 years of Windows networking and system troubleshooting experience.

Strong Windows administration experiences – application support, virtual environments, and active directory.

Cisco Router and Switch Administration

At least a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Desired Qualifications:

Tier 2 Customer Support Experience (Deskside support)

KIV-7m and TACLANE configuration experience.


Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science or Management Information Systems) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (data center environment) experience.
