ManTech Integrated Performance Management Analyst in Chantilly, Virginia


•Apply the principles, theories, and methods of IPM and analysis; perform complex analyses of projects and/or programs which include Earned Value Management(EVM) analysis, program schedule analysis, technical performance metrics analysis, and integrated performance and financial management analysis to ensure effective insight into the accomplishment of mission requirements.

•Applythe 32 EVMS Guidelines as defined by the Office of the Assistant Secretary ofDefense for Acquisition. Interact with customers and colleagues effectivelywhen resolving problems; exercise sound judgment and discretion; applyleadership skills to develop and train entry and intermediate Ievel IPManalysts; work independently or as a Contractor team lead and conductassessments on program cost, technical and schedule baselines, identify keycost, schedule and technical risk areas, and translate the identified riskareas into program schedule and cost impacts; apply communication skills (oraland written) and the ability to communicate complex issues and present resultsto senior managers and others in a clear and concise manner.

•Corporatesupport includes identifying, proving materiality and resolving supplier'sidentified EVMS deficiencies in a timely manner independent from programadvocacy while maintaining constructive and positive relations with allparties.

•Provide IPM training with the ability to perform instruction system design, work force survey development and implementation, and training gap analysis.


•Has aminimum of four (4) years of IPM experience. Experience in the following areas:

•Schedulediagnostic/health assessments; trend analysis; schedule realism analysis ofstatus and remaining durations; correlation of schedule and cost performanceanalysis; total growth -erosion status on primary, secondary and tertiarycritical path(s)

•EVMSanalysis in space and software intensive systems

•Scheduleanalysis to include uncertainty types, correlation, sensitivity analysis. riskregister integration into SRA models, probabilistic branching, Monte Carlosimulations, assessing simulation results for senior executive decision making,and independent evaluations and simulations of development Contractor SRAs

•IntegratingEACs with Program Management and government budget process

•Identifyingand integrating technical performance or similar measure that are aligned withobjective performance measurement (BCWP) in EVMS supporting predictive scheduleforecasts and EACs

•IPMcompliance and or surveillance reviews

•IBRsand related assessments

SecurityRequirements: Must currently have a TS/SCI clearance.


Education Requirements:

At a minimum, a candidate must possess a Master's Degree in any field of study. The Government will waive the Master's degree requirement for a candidate with an additional two (2) years of relevant experience as described below and a Bachelor's Degree in any field of study. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research related fields, or a Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Operations Research, Cost Analysis, Mathematics, Finance Economics or Business Administration, is desired but not required. The Government will waive the Master's degree requirement for a candidate with an additional six (6) years of relevant experience as described below and a High School Diploma or GED..
