As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

•Performs day to day management of overall contract operations, supporting a subset of the overall task order of groups of contractor personnel possibly at multiple locations.

•Directs and coordinates the planning and execution of all contract support activities.

•Performing program control activities to ensure appropriate program progress reports, financial performance reports, other contractual performance information is provided in a timely manner.

•Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

•Responsible for ensuring all contractor tasks and deliverables are being performed in accordance with the contract sub-task, and ensure quality assurance standards are being met.

•Manage subcontractors to efficiently deliver required support.

•Ensure compliance with organizational conflict of interest plan and required certifications

•Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities

Position Requirements:

•Must have senior level knowledge and skills to manage both programs and contracts

•Bachelor s degree required. Engineering or business, management or contract related degree.

•Master s degree preferred. Business, management, or contract related degree.

•Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in management of multiple projects, including large and complex efforts is required.

•Proven/demonstrated abilities in managing large numbers of technical and professional personnel across multiple functional areas is required.

•Excellent interpersonal, coordination, communication, strong leadership and people skills

•Demonstrated ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

•Experience in full range of contract and finance support functions must be demonstrated

•Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification PMP, and/or PgMP required.

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years. Must possess a CI Poly or be willing to submit to one.
