ManTech Program Security Administrator in Chantilly, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Program Security Administrator to join our team in Chantilly, VA to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

As a Program Security Administrator you will provide support to a Program Manager and government staff at an IC customer. You will administer routine aspects of the DOD, IC, or other security program to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

A qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

•Track, coordinate, and process personnel access request paperwork.

•Support Program Security Officers in the area of passing clearance accesses, completing visit requests, and conducting security indoctrination briefings.

•Initiate, review, and submit Questionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form 86 (SF-86) for government new hires using the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) system.

•Track periodic reinvestigation (PR) due dates for military and civilian employees and ensure that all PR s are submitted in a timely manner.

•Act as the Security point-of-contact for action items assigned by the Director s Action Group (DAG).

•Assist the Information Action Officer when requested.

•Provide security support to large conferences and other program technical activities and meetings.

•Monitor security programs, attend Directorate and related program TEMS, staff meetings, telecons, PDR s, and PMR s.

•Organize and ensure content of security program files (contractor security plans, contact files, classification guides, correspondence and documentation).

•Respond to walk-in security issues and performing ad hoc security services as required (e.g. security support to large conferences and other program activities).

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

•Bachelor s Degree and 7+ years relevant experience OR High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

•Experience performing adjudicative support and familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regulations, to include requirements pertaining to Co-Use agreements.
