Analyzes, models and optimizes distribution networks using logistics software . Covers more than one of the following: location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory placement and size, selection of transportation mode, freight consolidation , closed loop tours, dedicated opportunities, continuous moves, etc. Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, and related information to identify and document maintenance and support requirements. Collects, processes and maintains data for analysis. Implements, monitors and adjusts solutions, working with the Operations Group. Interacts with clients to understand their distribution network. Helps to establish and refine procedures for analysis. Assists in the development of internal analysis tools.
U.S. Citizenship and a DoD TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience.
