Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Service Desk Administrator , in the Falls Church, VA area , with strong customer relationships to support the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). The candidate will be responsible for responding to IT incidents and service requests via email\phone, assisting with account management and working with EOIR leadership on recommending processes or technologies to improve support to the customer. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The FSS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer s success is driving our growth.

Position Requirements:

The position requires the candidate to have, at a minimum, the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a field directly related to information technology

  • Proven experience providing IT support for users via phone and\or in person

  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft Office products as well as peripheral devices (i.e. printers)

  • Candidate must have strong work ethic and self-motivated

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Excellent written and communication skills as the candidate will need to engage with other contractors, vendors and the customer on a daily basis

  • Proven ability in working independently with minimal oversight

  • Proven experience in recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and\or the mission of the customer

  • Experience in working in an operational environment (preferably for a DOJ agency)

Security Requirements:

Ability to obtain DOJ Public Trust Clearance

Qualifications

Requires Bachelors Degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience in computer hardware, software, networking systems, and in the set-up, configuration, use, and trouble shooting of computer systems.
