ManTech Training Administrator, Staff in Herndon, Virginia

TS/SCI with poly required.

Administers many phases of education and training in the organization. Confers with management to gain knowledge of identified work situation requiring preventive or remedial training for employees. Utilizes knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. Reviews, implements, and tracks (as applicable) training needs covering specified areas, such as those concerned with new employees required onboarding training, client required training, refresher training, and career development training.

Additional responsibilities include the coordination of ManTech's Operational Readiness Training Program.

  • Coordinates training schedule with ManTech University instructors

  • Coordinates logistics for training sessions (example room reservations, catering coordination, training manual requests, security coordination)

  • Notifies ManTech management and subcontractors of training schedule

  • Coordinates all training attendees items, to include registrations, attendee tracking, attendee communications, security items, attendee certificates, etc.

Requires Bachelor s degree and 3 years related experience or additional 5 years' experience in lieu of degree.
