Description:

‐Accountable for all aspects of the G‐37 TREX Training and Foundry Office Support Task Oversight functions assigned to Contractor personnel staff; manages the hands‐on, day‐to‐day accountability of

Contractor personnel and their tasking

‐Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency

‐Coordinates and synchronizes training management functions with the Task Leads

Education:

‐Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of management experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience; or 7 years of managing experience with a related master s degree

Skills:

‐Considered an expert authority in discipline

‐Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates

‐Must have military background/experience

‐20‐year career in Army (prefer O4 or higher level)

Clearance:

-Must possess an active TS/SCI

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience.
