ManTech Mission Engineer in Lexington Park, Maryland
Perform and support warfighting assessments and effectiveness analysis, kill chain analysis and assessments, advanced concept development and design, analytic support for the pre-acquisition, acquisition, and sustainment of Navy, Joint, and allied systems acquisition process, and modeling and simulations for operational analysis.
Demonstrate knowledge in area of engineering expertise and applied engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate systems.
Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses and reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
Conduct system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
Provide technical management administration of a warfare analysis project.
Operate independently and collaboratively on assessments supporting capability trades, systems trades, force structure, and Service-specific studies.
BS or BA in engineering, mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, or a related scientific discipline
A graduate of a warfare center of excellence, completed/developed Tactics Technics and Procedures (TTPs) curriculum.
o Desired: Master's Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience: At least eight (15) years of professional experience directly related to the analysis of Naval Aviation mission areas, CONEMPS, and associated kill chains
Desired: Prior military experience.
Experience systematically engineering mission area functional requirements and conducting kill chain assessments.
Experience developing concepts of employment (CONEMP) mission assessments for mission technical baseline (MTBs) and integrated capability technical baseline (ICTBs) products and evaluations.
Experience supporting a major, multi-faceted programs with industry standard modeling and simulation techniques, systems and programs.
Experience with design of experiments and using statistical software packages.
