ManTech Intelligence Force Management Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia
ManTech is seeking an experienced Intelligence Force Management Analyst to support the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) in Norfolk, VA. This position requires a person who is driven to excel in a dynamic project-oriented environment collaborating with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
This position requires a current DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Position requires familiarity with Marine Corps Intelligence organization, capabilities, and operating concepts
-Maintain situational awareness of MARFOR, MEF, and MCIA garrison intelligence capacity commitments, readiness, availability and deployment and redeployment information in support of force synchronization process and sourcing solution development
Receive, validate, prioritize, task, and manage all requests for enduring support from garrison-based intelligence resources via MKG
Identify availability, readiness, and capacity of Marine intelligence resources to provide garrison-based support to deployed forces
Determine feasibility of support for requests according to local unit orders and SOPs
Provide coordinated sourcing recommendations with associated risks and impacts in support of validated requirements
Issue feasibility of support and recommended tasking orders for GFM-GIC, Global Force Management (GFM) and Global Intelligence Capacity (GIC) commitments via administrative message handling system (AMHS)
Track GFM-GIC life-cycle from initial request to feedback upon completion of support
Facilitate communication between GFM-GIC requestor, MSC/E, & producers
Ensure GFM-GIC status is updated and GFM-GIC requestor is notified of progress
Deconflict and mitigate PED gaps and shortfalls, when there is a lack of capability, capacity, or when there are competing priorities
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Experience with SharePoint Administration and some experience with design of SharePoint Sites

Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
