ManTech Logistician/License Manager in Orlando, Florida

ManTech International Corporation is currently seeking a Journeyman to Logistician and License Manager to be part of the Project Management Office for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) Program. The PCTE program is focused on delivering innovation to advance the cyber domain.

The PCTE mission is ground breaking and revolutionary in nature and involves innovate thinking and making connections across complex innovations, ideas, and thoughts. You will be contributing to a solution which will define the U.S. cyberwarfare doctrine and the practical underpinnings related to U.S. Military s cyber capabilities.

You will contribute to developing a world class cyber training asset for the U.S. military using a best of breed integrated approach to provide individuals and teams to train as they fight. You will be part of an elite team helping design, build, deliver, and manage an interconnected and multi-domain cyber platform to assess the readiness and capabilities of the DoD Cyber Mission Forces. The selected individual will contribute to an integrated team tasked with the design, development, integration, installation, test, operations, sustainment, and training on behalf of PEO STRI and the program s end users.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic level focused planning and analysis for all lifecycle logistics management functions

  • Manage preparation of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Materiel Fielding Plans (MFP), Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), New Equipment Training Plans (NETP), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) requirements, Standard Management Asset Readiness Tool (SMART) inventory system requirements, Core Logistics Assessment (CLA)/Source of Repair Analysis (SORA), Unique Identification (UID) Plans, analyzes supply chains for optimization, and oversees the Materiel Release and Type Classification process of items

  • Manage a product s life cycle from design to disposal

  • Direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and products

  • Review logistical functions and identify areas for improvement

  • Propose strategies to minimize the cost or time required to transport goods

  • Determine sources of transportation and shipping modes

  • Prepare transportation documentation

  • Provide subject matter expertise and provide guidance with all aspects of license management

  • Collect information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons

  • Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information

  • Responsible for continuous audits for all systems to ensure all license information is tracked

  • Develop, implement and promote policies, processes and procedures for software accusations, installations, usage and disposition

Qualifications

Requirements

  • US citizenship or permanent residency

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience

  • Able to work collaboratively, coordinating among cross-functional teams and manage priorities

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills; strong and demonstrated interpersonal skills to include influence, negotiation, collaboration and diplomacy

  • Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts

Skills and Experience

  • Clear understanding of the DoD acquisition and sustainment organizations at the headquarters, MAJCOM and field levels

  • Familiarity with the DoD s Integrated Product Support Element structure and definitions

  • DOD Acquisition Certification (DAWIA) Level III for Life Cycle Logistics

  • Familiarity and application of the DoD Product Support Business Case Analysis Process/Guidance and the DoD Independent Logistics Assessment Process/Guidance

  • Familiarity with the requirements of the DoD Product Support Managers Guidebook and the process for developing Life Cycle Sustainment Plans

  • Experience working with Microsoft Access, Project, and Visio

  • Possesses a thorough understanding of DoD 5000 Acquisition Series of documents

  • Deep knowledge of international shipping requirements, including ITAR and export-control requirements

  • Must have knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD) plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition, test, certification and implementation support of software, hardware, network, network security and computer resources

  • Must be capable of assessing recommendations, developing solutions, and driving the team to resolution of logistics challenges on the program
