Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert/Instructor for CI Collections - ACICC to join our team in the Quantico, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities:

  • The SME/Instructor for CIRDAC will be a strong speaker and expert in the content provided to JCITA students in the counter intelligence field.

  • Must be familiar with the Instructional Design Process to assist in the analysis, writing, and development of curriculum and facilitation of training.

  • Will develop lesson plans, exercises and maintain relevancy of subject matter expertise for CI Agents to be able to independently plan and conduct a national capability for CI Agents to create and implement a CI support program for an assigned area of responsibility.

  • The CI Agent can leverage the full spectrum of CI capability to conduct Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI), Force Protection, and CI Insider Threat program support.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent and must have a minimum of seven (7) years' experience conducting CI Support to RDA. Extensive knowledge of DCI and SCRM, along with the CI missions and functions required.

  • Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school

  • Capable of creating course materials and deliverables including: Training Task Inventories, Programs of Instruction, Lesson Plans, Syllabus, Schedules, Exercises/Simulations, Rubrics, Resource Materials, Examinations, Job Aids and other specific government requirements.

  • Strong familiarity of ADDIE or other training methodology.

  • Demonstrated expertise of Counter Intelligence Operations (both tactical and strategic),

  • Candidate has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

  • This course consists of classroom instruction and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8-hour days (after hours and weekends).

  • An instructor in this course has served in a CI position providing CI support to RDA, SCRM, and DCI.

Security Clearance:

Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with a recent SSBI Background.
