ManTech CDM Change Manager in Reston, Virginia

Change Manager - as a member of the Service Transition organization, the Change Manager is responsible for managing a team of requirements, configuration and change management specialists. The Change Manager assists our client as they manage organizational and operational change, assesses change readiness, and promotes change management and end user adoption.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understand the effects of operational change and how to address obstacles.
Lead change management and adoption projects from start to finish, including the development and execution of change and communication management plans.
Integrate training, testing, and governance activities into the change management process.
Engage customers from multiple functional areas to understand their unique change requirements.
Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder workshops/planning sessions in support of the discovery process.
Work with internal project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and seamless execution.
Manage and/or serve as a key independent contributor on tasks or projects.
Build long term trusted relationships with our client and colleagues.
Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interface with executive level project sponsors.
Provide regular updates to support the program management team.
10+ years operational change management experience.
Ability to articulate target state vision for change and development of change transition roadmaps.
Demonstrated consulting experience in organizational assessment, strategic planning, change management, benchmarking, and/or workforce planning and analytics.
Technical instructional or leadership background.
Able to demonstrate meeting and classroom facilitation skills.
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly and think creatively.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary.
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience.
