ManTech CDM Configuration Analyst in Reston, Virginia
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented Configuration Analyst to join our team in the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Configuration Analyst - as a member of the Service Transition organization, the Configuration Analyst is responsible for recording all configuration changes for assigned agencies within the DEFEND E task order.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in the drafting and updating of the Configuration Management (CM) Plan and associated processes.
Provide support in Configuration Planning, Identification, and Control IAW DHS and Agency policy.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive CM program and with supporting the development of metrics.
Participate in working group meetings to develop and update documents.
Assist the Configuration Lead with daily tasks associated with the administration of a configuration management program.
Required Education: 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
Demonstrated ability to determine work requirements and perform work without supervision.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Outlook and other software/tools provided for a specific position.
At least 2 years experience supporting large system development projects at a federal agency.
This candidate is required to attain a Public Trust or DHS Suitability
Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
