ManTech CDM Project Coordinator in Reston, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking

a motivated, career, and customer oriented CDM Project Coordinator to join our

team in the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and

to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The CDM Project

Coordinator is responsible for supporting the tactical project management of a

project that integrates, delivers, and installs the information technology

systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide project administration support and coordination

• Facilitate the onboarding of new project staff, including

verifying employment documentation, ordering and delivering equipment, leading

initial project indoc.

• Develop, draft, write, and edit reports and briefs

(including meeting minutes, meeting reports, briefing slides, project

deliverables, etc)

• Create and maintain onboarding materials

• Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings

• Provide general project team support and administrative

duties

• Prepare and/or maintain documentation, procedures and

methods, including user references

• Coordinate and/or supervise ad-hoc non-technical tasks or

functions.

• Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with

project commitments or specific objectives.

• Escort personnel during events

• Meeting and event planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's preferred

• 3-5 of experience working on IT project teams preferred

• Strong understanding of the requirements project management

Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

Visio

Qualifications

Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.
