ManTech CDM User Acceptance Tester in Reston, Virginia

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented User

Acceptance Tester to join our team in the Reston VA area to provide

unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The User Acceptance Tester (UAT) provides support to the Agency, and is responsible for

implementing established test plans and creating new test plans. Other duties include:

Create test artifacts including test plans, test cases and test reports.

Facilitate UAT of the solution in the Agency environment.

Facilitate OT&E of the solution in the Agency environment.

Provide regular demonstrations to each Agency on new functionality being implemented.

Provide feedback to the Requirements Team, IV&V Test Lead, Internal Test Team and CDM Test Team

regarding updates to solution requirements based on the regular demonstrations.

Position Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in testing of hardware, software and/or systems

Strong understanding of industry best practices related to the implementation of User Acceptance

Testing and related tools.

Proven ability to understand user interface and skills working with systems administration

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Exceptional customer focus and predisposition for action

Security Clearance: Candidate will require U.S Citizenship and attain Public Trust

Clearance, those with current access will get preference.


Requires Bachelor s degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
