ManTech Phase I Implementation Engineer - HWAM in Reston, Virginia

The Phase I Implementation Engineer - HWAM is responsible for implementing and integrating the following capabilities for the 9 CDM DEFEND E agencies: performing hands-on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform. Build customized ServiceNow applications, apply technical expertise, leverage a variety of software engineering techniques, and build and refine business logic to enhance team capabilities, improve security, and maximize ServiceNow ROI. Serve as a member of a diverse team of experts providing world-class deployment and engineering, demonstrating thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches. The Phase I Implementation Engineer - HWAM will need to be familiar with the methodologies and tools used for these Phase I capabilities such as McAfee EPO, TripWire IP360, RSA Archer, CyberArk. The candidate will work closely with the CDM solution architects, testers, training teams and the agencies themselves to ensure a successful design and deployment of the new capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Application design and development in both global and scoped environments
ServiceNow tool configuration deployment, creation and/or customization of core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog and others including Asset Management, CMDB and HR
Understanding of the key technologies relevant to API and ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, JASON
Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of Portals, workflows ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
Familiarity and experience in Agile and Scrum development process
Ability to design solutions based on requirements
Communication with team and other stakeholders including recommendation of alternatives, mockups and participation in brainstorming sessionss
Assist in the design and build out of the CDM laboratory for DEV, TEST and pre-PROD environments for each of the agencies.
Bachelor's degree preferred and 10 years experience in IT or Cyber.
Prior experience on a Cyber security project using tools such as McAfee EPO, TripWire IP360, RSA Archer, CyberArk. ServiceNow experience a plus.
Experience balancing the demands of multiple clients simultaneously

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environments
Experience managing personnel and/or leading teams of subordinates
Prior CDM experience and CISSP Certification preferred, but not required.
Security Clearance Level
Candidate must be a US Citizen and capable of attaining DHS Suitability and Public Trust Clearance with those in current access getting first preference
Requires Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent and ten to twelve years of related experience. Minimum of four years experience in technology/tools specific to the target platforms.
