ManTech Phase II Implementation Lead in Reston, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Implementation Lead to join our team the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Phase II Implementation Lead manages a team of 6-8 engineers responsible for implementing and integrating CyberArk, CA PAM, SailPoint and Splunk for the 9 CDM DEFEND E agencies. The Implementation Lead will need to have experience with the tools, applications, and methodologies used for these Phase II capabilities and will work closely with the CDM solution architects, testers, training teams and the agencies themselves to ensure a successful design and deployment of the new capabilities. The candidate must also have experience managing a team of specialized developers and engineers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of specialized engineers responsible for integrating CA PAM, CyberArk, SailPoint and Splunk within the agencies IT systems

  • Working across matrixed teams and organizations to successfully manage the delivery, operation, and maintenance of new CDM capabilities.

  • Developing unique solutions to challenging technical problems.

  • Build and maintain direct relationships across ManTech s project teams supporting CDM, DHS CDM PMO and agency POCs

  • Assist in the design and build out of the CDM laboratory for DEV, TEST and pre-PROD environments for each of the agencies.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and ten plus years experience in IT and Cyber Engineering

  • Experience managing personnel and/or leading teams of subordinates

  • Prior experience on a Cyber security project

  • Prior experience with CA PAM, CyberArk, SailPoint or Splunk

  • Strong networking background

  • Experience balancing the demands of multiple clients simultaneously

  • Exceptional customer focus and bias for action

  • Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environments

  • Experience managing personnel and/or leading teams of subordinates

  • Prior CDM experience and CISSP Certification preferred, but not required

Security Clearance:

Candidate must be able to attain DHS Suitability and Public Trust Clearance and those with active status will receive first preference.


Requires Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent and ten to twelve years of related experience. Minimum of four years experience in technology/tools specific to the target platforms.
