ManTech Requirements Analyst in Reston, Virginia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Requirements Analyst to join our team in the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. As a member of the Service transition organization, the Requirements Analyst works with solution architects, engineers, and test teams to ensure that the requirements of a new solution or capability have been clearly defined, met, and successfully tested for integration into the environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide tactical guidance and oversight for a team of personnel responsible to Transition multiple solutions and services from Design to Operational stages consistent with ITIL methodologies.

• Assess potential business impact of solution requirements within applicable Information Security frameworks and policies (i.e. NIST CyberSecurity Framework, CDM Program guidance, FISMA, and Department/Agency-specific guidance).

• Work with ManTech, Partner, and client staff to ensure proper alignment between System Requirements Documentation and deployed solution releases.

• Direct the implementation of structured, repeatable processes that create traceability outputs with consistently high standards of quality and completeness.

Position Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate requirements among inter-dependent stakeholders responsible for the delivery of solutions and services (both internal and external to the organization).

• Demonstrated ability to support de-confliction of competing priorities by cultivating stakeholder consensus and buy-in.

• Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or similarly, the DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC).

• Ability to capitalize on opportunities for process improvement that result in more efficient transition of services into operational environments.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must be able to attain DHS Suitability, with current access preferred.


Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
